Do you offer a stitching service?

Yes, we offer a stitching service on select items. Please check the product page for availability. Urgent stitching requests may be accommodated for an additional charge, subject to our capacity.

What is your refund method?

To request a refund, please return the unused item in its original packaging to our head office. Include a note with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return. The order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

What is your exchange method?
To request an exchange, please return the item in its original packaging to our head office. Include a note with your name, order number, contact details, reason for return, and the name of the design you wish to exchange for. We recommend contacting us first to confirm the new design is in stock. If available, your exchange will be shipped in the next 2 business days after we receive your return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to all countries served by our courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
