General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, colour mismatch, or change of mind.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are gladly offered under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Return Policy

Damaged Items: In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, you must notify us at customercare@dastaq.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging for our assessment. Approved damaged item returns will result in an exchange or store credit.

All returns are subject to verification by our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations after this period are at the sole discretion of Dastaq and are only granted under extenuating circumstances.

Refunds:

Approved cancellations and refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
